During the current outbreak of Coronavirus, Vestaplas are here to support you through a very challenging time. Not only are we here to ensure essential supplies and emergency medical requirements are met, we are also conscious that your business is also changing. Increasingly we are hearing that practices are working to restricted hours; some are opening for emergency cases only and some of you are working more on a mobile basis.

In order to ensure you and your clients still have easy access to the Hestevard range of supplements without leaving their yard, we are introducing the Hestevard Door to Door programme.

This programme is designed to support horses and other animals across the country, that need a continual supply of Hestevard supplements and nutritional support.

It’s simple to follow – Vets or Vets clients can simply call our HESTEVARD DOOR TO DOOR hotline on 01730 716 084, and we will work with the vet to deliver Hestevard products direct to your client’s door.

For the period of UK ‘Lockdown’ we will deliver supplements to your client’s door – anywhere in mainland UK - with FREE 2-day delivery service. It’s that simple.

If you need us to send an order directly to a customer – again, simply contact us directly and we will do the rest. When we have your approval, the items dispatched will be added to your monthly invoice under your usual payment terms.

If a client contacts Vestaplas or Hestevard requesting a supplement delivery, we will take their details and the details of their vet and we will then contact you to gain approval. We can then process this order efficiently and more importantly – it is processed with your knowledge and approval.

We do not get involved in the payment from your customer – this is entirely down to you to facilitate. We simply deliver on your behalf – with FREE Delivery.
